We follow Key Quality Procedures for Accessories:
- Supplier & Raw Material Evaluation: Our Quality team Thoroughly test raw materials for durability, safety, and compliance before production.
- Color Control: Use Pantone for color standardization.
- Pre-production: We Check samples, color fastness, and specifications.
- In-line Inspection: Our Team Monitor Running production in every stage . A checker moves between workstations, randomly inspecting at different stages of production.
- Final Inspection: We Verify packing, labeling, and functionality of accessories.
- Process Improvement: We Train our staff continuously for development and maintain machinery to reduce defects.
